Compare The Market - "Galactic Insurance"
This is what happens when the biggest film franchise in the world meets the biggest cinema promotion in the world. We took the entire car insurance quote journey and transported it into the Star Wars universe. So rather than getting cover for your Ford Focus, you could insure your X-Wing with the likes of So-Lo Cover or Tattooine-surance.
Vodafone - "LiveGuy"
Vodafone were launching their first netbook with a built-in SIM card - no need WiFi or tethering. So to test the power of the Vodafone network and show the connectivity of the netbook, we created a treasure hunt led by LiveGuy, tweeting, Facebooking and YouTubing up and down the country - a different city every day. If you could find him and deliver the phase-that-pays, you could win yourself a netbook.
Compare The Market - "Oleg as BB-8"
Another year, another Star Wars tie-in. This time we had a new toy - Oleg as BB-8. Cuteness overload! But it would take a few weeks for Postkat to deliver their toy, so we figured the best way we could get Oleg home in time for Christmas was through augmented reality. We created a world-first 3D buddy, mapped to your shoulder who could do tricks triggered by head and facial movements.
The Electoral Commission - "It's Your Vote"
This campaign was created to encourage young people to register to vote. We needed to dramatise the fact that if they didn't, they'd have no say in what goes on in their local area. So we thought up a few worst-case scenarios to chivvy them along. It was originally meant to be live for 6 weeks, but was so successful in driving registrations, they kept it up for 2 years. And the Daily Mail were INCENSED by it. Success!
